Fixed-fee immigration advice
ZAM Law Associates operates on a fixed‑fee basis. We explain and agree our professional fees with clients before work is undertaken. Our fixed fees cover the agreed immigration work and provide clients with clarity about the cost of our services.
Immigration Applications
Entry clearance, leave to remain, student, spouse, partner, family permits, Start‑up, Innovator, Global Business Mobility, PBS, postgraduate medical, ILR, further leave.
EU Law & Settlement Scheme
Residence card under EU law, Family Permit for non‑EU/EEA family members, and applications under the Settlement Scheme.
Nationality & Citizenship
Naturalisation as a British citizen, registration as a British citizen, and Right of Abode applications.
Asylum Applications
Protection claims, humanitarian protection, and refugee status applications.
Notice of Appeal
Preparation and submission of grounds of appeal to the First‑tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).
First‑tier Tribunal Representation
Full representation at the First‑tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), including preparation and attendance.

- Corresponding on behalf of the client
- Providing progress updates
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- Attending interviews, where included in the agreed work
- Ordinary telephone and postage costs
Additional costs & important information
- We provide written details of how fees are calculated.
- ZAM Law Associates is not registered for VAT – no VAT is charged.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately (e.g., drafting specific third‑party letters).
- UKVCAS appointment fees and other third‑party fees are payable separately by the client.
- We do not operate on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis – our fee is payable for work undertaken irrespective of the outcome.
- If additional work becomes necessary, we will inform you in writing and obtain authority before proceeding.
